Quiz: The ultimate Dark Arts quiz

Post 283.0

It’s Halloween tomorrow! What better way to prepare for this spooky holiday than by testing your knowledge of the Dark Arts? Exactly, there is no better way to do that. So let’s go! You can take the test yourself here on Pottermore.

Post 283.1

Do you know your Death Eaters from your Dark Marks? Your curses from your Carrows? Your hexes from your Horcruxes? To celebrate Hallowe’en, we’re inviting you to partake in our particularly dark Dark Arts quiz, and discover just how much you really know about the evils of the wizarding world.

So, are you a secret Dark Arts expert? Or do you just want to run away from it all and cuddle a Pygmy Puff? We hope, for your sake, it’s the latter…

Get ready for 30 questions that start out relatively easy, but become harder as we go along. In the end, I’ve had to guess a number of times because I had absolutely no idea. I also added the pictures after every 10 questions to really give you that Harry Potter atmosphere and there were a bunch of them I hadn’t seen yet. Enjoy!

Whew, this quiz started out quite easy but at the end it became really very hard. I didn’t cheat and look things up, so I’m quite happy with my 22/30 or 73% final score. This apparently makes me a “Death Eater in waiting”.

And according to other’s scores, I ranked rather well, yes! Pottermore’s comment:

Oh boy, you know so much about the Dark Arts, Bellatrix Lestrange would probably want to be best mates. Seriously, are you OK? Do you want a hug?

Happy quizzing,
